Tile & Grout Restoration

Stone Kleaner, Inc. uses an advanced steam technology to safely clean your tile and grout without the use of harsh or caustic chemicals. If your grout is beyond restoration and cleaning, you don’t have to get a new floor or countertop - we can safely remove your old retched grout without harming your tiles, because we use oscillating sanders with diamond blades. Depending how old your grout is, it can be a fairly smooth task. Because of the vibrating action of our sanders, the blades won’t cut tiles, or even skin for that matter. We can replace your grout with the same color or a different color of your choice. Combine that with a thorough steam cleaning on the tile, followed by a quality impregnating sealer, and you have a perfectly restored floor.

Tile surfaces such as ceramic or porcelain do not require as much maintenance as natural stone, with the exception of some porcelain surfaces which have the same texture as natural stone. Some tiles are even butted up together with narrow grout joints of about a 16th of an inch, while others have wider grout joints like an 8th of an inch. These types of floors need to be sealed with an impregnating sealer to protect your tile & grout from dirt & oils. This makes maintenance fairly easy, as well as protecting the grout from degrading prematurely due to harsh or abrasive cleansers.
