Frank Ruvalcaba, owner operator and president of Stone Kleaner, Inc. has been in the floor restoration & maintenance business since 1989. Stone Kleaner, Inc. is a family owned and operated business, established in 1994.

Frank is a C-54 licensed contractor. He also holds several Certifications with the IICRC as a Certified Marble & Stone Inspector. Substrate & Sub floor inspections (intro). Stone, Tile & Masonry Care Tech, and Certified Water Damage Restoration Specialist. All Stone Kleaner staff are uniformed, courteous professionals. We pay attention to details, especially to your cherished home. We use corner guards for your walls, and plastic where necessary to prevent any splatter to your walls and all adjacent areas as much as humanly possible. Restoration is a messy job. We use truck mount systems for extracting and rinsing slurry that is created when wet sanding and working with stone. All the slurry goes into our recovery tanks in our Stone Kleaner vans.

After our service is complete, we will help dispel any myth or mystery on how to care for your beautiful stone! We give our clients stone care guides on how to care for their stone, explained in plain and simple instructions. Our qualified techs regularly attend educational courses and certification schools to keep us abreast of cutting-edge technology and latest techniques. We combine "old world" technology with "new world" state of the art processes and technology.
